To be eligible for a full refund, the returned sports equipment must meet the following requirement: the product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. This ensures that the product can be resold as new (i.e., does not affect secondary sales). We kindly ask for your understanding in this regard, as it helps us continue to provide high-quality products and services to all our customers.
3. Return Shipping Cost Responsibility
We deeply regret to inform you that due to the extremely high cost of international cross-border shipping, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. We understand that this may bring some inconvenience to you, and we sincerely apologize for any additional burden this may cause. Please note that we are unable to cover the return shipping fee, as cross-border logistics costs have increased significantly in recent times.
4. Return Process
If you wish to initiate a return and refund, please follow these simple steps:

After receiving our return confirmation, please carefully package the product (in its original condition) and ship it back to our warehouse. Please remember to keep the shipping tracking number for your reference, as we will need it to track the returned package.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, and confirm that it meets the return conditions (does not affect secondary sales), we will process your full refund within 3-5 business days.
