From the time I learned to swim to my years of working in the swimming industry, I would like to share my experience in purchasing swimming goggles.
It's not that the most expensive swimming goggles are the best.
I have previously used many relatively expensive swimming goggles, but in fact, goggles priced around 50 yuan are sufficient. You can consider buying a well-known swimming brand and opting for a lower-end model. This usually works fine.
If indoors, it is recommended to use transparent lenses.
In a dim indoor environment, wearing UV-blocking glasses may make it feel even darker.
If you have severe myopia, you can wear swimming glasses for myopia.
Swimmers with normal vision can wear regular swimming goggles. However, if you have severe myopia, you may need to wear prescription goggles, which are actually not expensive.
The interior of swimming goggles cannot be wiped clean.

The swimming goggles have an anti-fog layer inside, so try not to wipe it off with your hands.
I suggest everyone buy small-frame swimming goggles.
I have been swimming for many years and have used numerous pairs of swimming goggles. No matter how expensive they are, big-frame swimming goggles always let water in, whereas small-frame ones are less prone to water ingress. Additionally, they offer less resistance and are less likely to fall off during dives.
Next, let's learn more about how to choose myopia goggles:
For individuals with pure myopia, due to the refraction of light in water and the fact that the distance between the swimming goggles and the eyes is closer than that of frame glasses, it is generally advisable to choose a prescription that is 50 to 100 degrees lower than the usual myopia correction (note: however, do not wear goggles with a higher prescription than usual, as it may cause dizziness underwater). For example, if your myopia is 500 degrees, you should choose goggles with a prescription of 400 or 450 degrees. As mentioned above, the minimum prescription for myopia goggles is 150 degrees. Therefore, if the prescription of your frame glasses is less than 150 degrees, we recommend you wear plain goggles. If your frame glasses prescription is 275 degrees, we suggest you choose goggles with a prescription of 200 degrees. However, if you have high requirements for corrected vision, it is also acceptable to choose goggles with a prescription that is 25 degrees lower.
II. For nearsighted individuals with astigmatism, the ideal prescription for swimming goggles can be calculated by dividing the astigmatism degree by 2, adding the myopia degree (myopia degree + 1/2 astigmatism degree), and then subtracting 50 to 100 degrees accordingly. III. For individuals with different myopia degrees in both eyes, the prescription for each eye should also be different. The prescription selection method for each eye should be handled accordingly based on the above two situations.
